RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ONLINE ORDER


Items received within 14 calendar days of original order date qualify for a refund as long as the original label is intact and the item has not been worn (for online purchases only).


Items received back within 30 calendar days of original order date that has label intact and is not worn qualify for store credit (for online purchases only)


We are not able to accept online returns after 30 days of original order date. Items returned must be unused, unaltered, and in perfect condition, with all tags in place.


Mascielo reserves the right to deny credit returns or exchanges at its sole discretion, if any item returned does not meet its return criteria.

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team hello@mascielo.com with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

Please note that faulty items purchased from any stores are required to returned to the place of purchase.
