RETURN POLICY FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ONLINE ORDER
Items received within 14 calendar days of original order date qualify for a refund as long as the original label is intact and the item has not been worn.
We are not able to accept online returns after 30 days of original order date. Items returned must be unused, unaltered, and in perfect condition, with all tags in place.
Mascielo reserves the right to deny credit returns or exchanges at its sole discretion, if any item returned does not meet its return criteria.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. This shouldn't happen ever as we have a dedicated team that handles quality control to make sure this never happens. Please contact our Customer Care team firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
Please note that faulty items purchased from any stores are required to returned to the place of purchase.
